In addition, Verifone may, at its sole discretion, terminate your authorization to use the Website and these Terms effective immediately at any time and for any or no reason, with or without notice, and without any further liability to you arising from that termination.

The user acknowledges that the Demo Environment is provided solely for pre-contractual evaluation purposes. By accessing or using the Demo Environment, the user agrees to comply with all applicable restrictions and obligations set forth herein.
• 16.2 The Demo Environment is intended exclusively for internal demonstration, evaluation, and testing of 2Checkout's services. It must not be used for live transactions, real payment processing, commercial operations, or any production purposes.
• 16.3 All activities and outputs generated within the Demo Environment are simulations. The functionality, performance, and user experience may differ significantly from the live production environment. Certain features may be disabled, limited, or non-final.
• 16.4 Access to the Demo Environment is provided "as-is" and "as-available." 2Checkout disclaims liability for any interruption, delay, error, or unavailability. Support is offered at 2Checkout's discretion and may be limited or unavailable.
• 16.5 2Checkout reserves the right to monitor all activity within the Demo Environment for security, quality assurance, and compliance purposes. Access may be suspended or revoked without prior notice in the event of suspected misuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms.
• 16.6 The Demo Environment is provided without any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. 2Checkout expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
• 16.7 Access to the live production environment is not automatic and is subject to successful account activation and full compliance with applicable onboarding procedures, including AML and KYC requirements, where relevant.
• 16.8 All data, content, and materials made available through the Demo Environment are proprietary and confidential to 2Checkout. Users are prohibited from disclosing, copying, reproducing, or using such content for any purpose beyond internal evaluation. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • capturing or sharing screenshots, videos, or any visual representations of the Demo Environment;
  • copying, exporting, downloading, or storing any data or materials;
  • sharing insights or findings with third parties or competitors;
  • using scripts, crawlers, bots, or automated tools;
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code;
  • interfering with or disrupting the operation or security of the Demo Environment;
  • performing penetration testing or security assessments without prior written authorization.

In the event of a breach, access may be suspended or terminated, and 2Checkout may pursue appropriate legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages. These rights are cumulative and do not limit any other legal or equitable remedies.

• 17.1. Neither party will be responsible for the non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations if such non-fulfillment is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure means any unpredictable event beyond the control of the parties, and which cannot be avoided.
• 17.2. The party invoking force majeure must notify the other party within 5 (five) calendar days of the occurrence of the event and take all possible measures to limit its consequences. If force majeure continues for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, the parties agree to meet and decide on the further conduct of their relationship.

The governing law shall be as set out in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction document. All provisions, procedures and rules contained in that document shall apply in full.

• 19.1. Entire Agreement.
