Sweden
Field Services are available in two packages: the Basic Package and the Premium Package. The package available to you is indicated on your Order Form or otherwise in writing by Verifone.
If you have paid for the Basic Package, you may request Field Services between 08:00 and 16:00 on Monday to Friday by contacting Verifone by e-mail or telephone as described in your Order Form.
If you have paid for the Premium Package, you may request Field Services between 08:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 13:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
In each case, Verifone will send a technician to the agreed location, with visits scheduled between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday and, if you have paid for the Premium Package, between 8:00 and 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Verifone will endeavour to have a technician at your location on the same day of your request within 4 hours from the time Verifone logs your request in its system.

Field services are available at the following locations
Finland
Field Services are available in three packages: the City-only Package, the Country-wide Basic Package, and the Country-wide Premium Package. The Country-wide packages have no geographic limitations. The package available to you is indicated on your Order Form or otherwise in writing by Verifone.
You may request Field Services by calling the Verifone help desk at the number listed on your Order Form. Technicians are available to perform Field Services between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday and between 8:00 and 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Field Services are available on weekends in the “Outer Areas” locations identified below only if you have paid for the Country-wide Premium Package.
If your location is in one of the “City” locations identified below, Verifone will endeavour to have a technician at your location within 4 hours (counting hours within the service windows described above only) from the time Verifone logs your request in its system. If your location is in one of the “Outer Areas” locations identified below, Verifone will endeavour to have a technician at your location (a) within 8 hours (counting hours within the service windows described above only) from the time Verifone logs you request in its system if you purchased the Premium Package; or (b) during the service window on the next business day from Monday to Friday if you purchased the Basic Package.

Denmark
Field Services are available to you if specified on your order form or otherwise in writing by Verifone.

Technicians are available to perform Field Services between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Verifone will endeavour to have a technician at your location within 4 hours (counting only hours within the service windows described above) from the time Verifone logs your request in its system.
Field Services are available on the mainland and islands with a permanent bridge connection. Field Services are not available in the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
Norway
Field services are available to you if this is specified on the order form or otherwise in writing by Verifone.
You can request field services by calling Verifone's technical support on the number provided on the order form.
Technicians are available to perform field services between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturdays, except on public holidays.
Verifone will attempt to have a technician on site within 4 hours (calculated from the time Verifone registers the request in the system, only within the above-mentioned service hours) from the time Verifone registers the request in the system.
