Field Services are available to you if specified on your Order Form or otherwise in writing by Verifone.

You may request Field Services by calling the Verifone help desk at the number listed on your Order Form. Technicians are available to perform Field Services between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Saturday.

Verifone will endeavour to have a technician at your location within 4 hours (counting only hours within the service windows described above) from the time Verifone logs your request in its system.

Field Services are available within a 100 km radius of the following cities: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Essen, Cologne, Frankfurt, Dortmund, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, and Bonn.
