Verifone Commander Payments Sales Program
Program Description and General Rules:
Verifone is now offering credit card payment processing services coupled with our POS (i.e. C18) and Commander product set, known as Verifone Commander Payments. This program is being marketed towards unbranded merchants (each a “Merchant”) and does not include major oil or major brands. As part of the program rollout, Verifone is offering a series of incentives and manufacturer rebates for eligible Merchants and for Verifone Authorized Service Contractors (“VASCs”) or distributors of Verifone’s hardware product set (“Distributors”).
The Verifone Incentive Program (“Program”) is comprised of the below incentives for Merchants and VASCs/Distributors. The Program is an exclusive offer that may not be combined with any other incentives, discounts, or special pricing offers or leases. Incentives to VASCs/Distributors are valid for only those companies designated by Verifone as a VASC/Distributor. Manufacturer rebates will be paid by Verifone to the VASC/Distributor selling Verifone’s product set and the VASC/Distributor must pass through the full amount of such rebate to the Merchant. Proof of the VASC’s/Distributor’s invoice to the Merchant including the manufacturer rebate discount is required for the VASC/Distributor to receive reimbursement from Verifone. Verifone, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Program at any time and without notice. This Program is only available to VASCs/Distributors operating in North America. Applicable taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the applicable incentive or rebate giving rise to such tax.
Program effective period: Jan 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025, or while supplies last.
Merchant Incentives:
As part of the rollout of Verifone Commander Payments, Verifone is offering the below incentives tied to the purchase of certain devices:
Program 1 -C18 Upgrade - Manufacturer's Rebate (for existing Verifone customers with a Commander unit in place)
For the first C18 installed at a Merchant site (each a “Site”, and collectively, the “Sites”) between Jan 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025 where such Merchant is an existing Verifone customer and such Merchant additionally (i) enrolls in Verifone Commander Payments and (ii) otherwise complies with the Merchant eligibility requirements set forth below, the Merchant will be eligible to receive $2,000 rebate on the first said installed C18 unit per Merchant site. The maximum amount a Merchant may receive per Site is $2,000. The VASC/Distributor must pass through the full amount of such rebate to the Merchant.Program 2 - Competitive Swap Offer - C18 + Commander - Promotional Pricing (for new-to-Verifone customers or existing Verifone customers operating on legacy hardware/without a Commander unit in place)
In order to be eligible to receive promotional pricing of the C18 + Commander competitive swap offer between Jan 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025, Merchant must (i) enroll in Verifone Commander Payments and (ii) otherwise comply with the Merchant eligibility requirements set forth below. VASC/Distributor must pass-through the promotional pricing amount to the eligible Merchant. Note: offer only applies for unbranded merchants related to Verifone Commander Payments. Note: If Merchant is not eligible for the Program, promotional pricing does not apply.
Competitive Swap Promotional Pricing:
VASC/Distributor Incentives:
For any Merchant that enrolls in Verifone Commander Payments under Program 1 or 2, the VASC/Distributor who referred Merchant to Verifone for Verifone Commander Payments services will receive a $500 incentive from Verifone per Merchant Site.
Merchant Eligibility Requirements:
• For a Site to be eligible for the applicable Program incentive, such Site must meet all the following eligibility requirements:
o The Site shall have subscribed to and been onboarded to Verifone’s Site Solutions program utilizing registered Hardware.
o The Site must have a Verifone-certified MNSP installed.
o The Site has enrolled in Verifone Commander Payments for a minimum term of 36-months.
• Qualifying installed devices must be in new condition and never previously installed.
• Replaced end-of-life (“EOL”) equipment must be removed from Site and removed EOL device serial numbers must be provided to Verifone and such devices may not be registered in the future.
Program Requirements for VASCs/Distributors:
To participate in the Program, a VASC/Distributor must indicate its intention to participate in relation to each Site by completing the applicable steps to refer a Merchant for Verifone Commander Payments.
Program 1:
o VASC/Distributor must complete a lead referral form or send email to PetroRebates@verifone.com with Site Name, Site Address, Site Contact Information (name, email address and/or phone number), and Verifone Service ID (if applicable).
o In order to receive a lead referral form please reach out to CommanderPayments@verifone.com
o Verifone will reply within 48 hours to process referral and confirm Merchant eligibility for Verifone Commander Payments with Program 1.
o VASC/Distributor eligibility to receive any specific rebate under Program 1 is subject to the following conditions:
o The VASC/Distributor must install Verifone hardware and submit an invoice listing out the applicable rebate to PetroRebates@verifone.com
o Upon Verifone approval of each submitted invoice listing out a rebate claim, Verifone shall issue a case number for the VASC/Distributor to bill against for the eligible Merchant incentive(s).
o Upon validation that all Merchant eligibility requirements have been completed, Verifone shall issue a case number for the VASC/Distributor to bill against for the VASC/Distributor incentive.
Program 2:
o VASC/Distributor sends email to swap@verifone.com with Site Name, Site Address, Site Contact Information (name, email address and/or phone number), and Verifone Service ID (if applicable) in order for Verifone to verify eligibility prior to sale and installation of Competitive Swap product set.
o Verifone will reply within 48 hours to confirm merchant eligibility for promotional pricing and Program 2.
o Hardware must be sold to the Merchant at the promotional pricing of the Verifone Competitive Swap offer.
o The VASC/Distributor must install Verifone hardware.
o Upon validation that all Merchant eligibility requirements have been completed, Verifone shall issue a case number for the VASC/Distributor to bill against for the VASC/Distributor incentive.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Payment will be made to VASC/Distributor within 90 days of Verifone’s approval of each submitted incentive claim.
To be eligible for the Program, all required Hardware under such Program must be purchased and installed. All rebate claims are subject to Verifone’s final review and approval. Claimants should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to Verifone become the property of Verifone and will not be returned. Verifone retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request.
Verifone is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued.
