Verifone Commander and M400 Upgrade Campaign Rebate Terms and Conditions

Eligible Participants:

This offer is available exclusively to qualifying major oil branded petro locations. Unbranded locations are not eligible for this offer and should contact their Verifone Sales Representative or visit www.verifone.com/commander/product-commander-payments for alternative offers.

Qualifying Products and Rebate Amounts:

$500 per Verifone Commander unit purchased from a Verifone Authorized Reseller during the Offer Period.

$150 per Verifone M400 unit purchased from a Verifone Authorized Reseller during the Offer Period.

How to Claim:

To obtain a rebate, the purchaser must purchase a qualifying product from a Verifone Authorized Reseller during the Offer Period and submit a rebate claim through that reseller in accordance with the reseller's claim procedures. Purchasers should contact their Verifone Authorized Reseller for specific submission requirements.

Form of Rebate:

Rebates will be provided in the form of a check or account credit as determined by the applicable Verifone Authorized Reseller.

Rebate Fulfillment Timeframe:

Allow up to 60 days following verification of a qualifying purchase for rebate processing and payment.

Limitations and Exclusions:

This offer may not be combined with the Verifone Competitive Swap offer unless a second Commander or M400 unit is required for fleet processing, as determined by the applicable Verifone Authorized Reseller. There is no limit on the number of qualifying units per eligible location unless otherwise communicated by the applicable Verifone Authorized Reseller.

Rebate Obligation:

All rebates are provided by and through the purchaser's Verifone Authorized Reseller or distributor. Verifone, Inc. is not a direct party to the purchase transaction and does not bear a direct rebate payment obligation to the end purchaser.

Modification and Termination:

VeriFone, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, upon notice to participating Verifone Authorized Resellers. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will not affect rebates for qualifying purchases that have been completed and submitted for processing prior to the effective date of the change.
