Enrollment is Easy

Subscribe to Verifone Site Solutions through major oil brands, authorized distributors or directly with Verifone. Once enrolled you’ll gain access to:

• Software installation, upgrade and reloads
• Remote assistance for prompt issue resolution

Work with your Regional Service Manager to determine if you are eligible or submit an email request directly to sitesolution@verifone.com.

Stay Covered with Verifone Site Solutions

To maintain uninterrupted access to all the benefits of our site solution license, it's crucial to stay covered. A lapse fee of $40/month applies, payable before renewal. If circumstances, such as a change of ownership or POS brand, lead to a lapse, operators can apply for a waiver through their Regional Service Manager.

While our Site Solution has replaced our ASM program, some POS messages may still reference “ASM” instead of “Site Solution.” Below are some common POS messages and what they mean:

Your Site Solution subscription has expired, and the grace period has begun. Renew your subscription before the date listed at the bottom of your POS message to avoid lapse fees. You can renew your subscription before the grace period ends by visiting the Verifone eStore.

Your Site Solution subscription will expire soon. Renew your subscription before it lapses to avoid additional fees. You can renew your subscription before it expires by visiting the Verifone eStore.

Your Site Solution subscription has expired, and the grace period has also expired. Allowing your license to lapse fully will disable Site Solution functionality for your site.

To resolve any lapse fees on your account and renew your subscription, visit the Verifone eStore.

How do I enroll a new system with Verifone Site Solution?

For new Site Solution installs are typically acquired through the user’s major oil brand, distributor, or installer. If your location has already received a Verifone Service ID, you can purchase the subscription directly at: https://estore.verifone.com.

How can I renew my Site Solution Subscription?

If your subscription has not expired yet, you are still within the grace period, or lapse fees have been accrued on your account, you can pay fees and renew your license by visiting: https://estore.verifone.com.

I need help with Instant Enrollment Fees.

We’re here to help! If a pre-registration is completed on the site at least 72 hours in advance, there’s no Instant Enrollment fee.

If you need immediate service activation, a $250 Instant Enrollment fee will be charged to expedite service activation for that same day.

Lapse fees are an administrative charge applied monthly to locations that allow their Site Solution (formerly ASM) coverage to expire. Please note:

• Lapse fees accrue at a rate of $120 per month, assessed on the 14th of every month without active coverage.
• Renewals (and other related services) cannot be purchased until lapse fees are cleared from your account in full.
• A lapse fee is charged if no current contract is in place. Customers can contact their Verifone distributor to purchase services and pay the lapse fee. All end users may purchase services at https://estore.verifone.com and they will be charged the lapse fee automatically.

Can I waive a lapse fee?

While rare, in certain cases lapse fees may be reviewed and waived. To determine if you are eligible for a lapse fee waiver, contact your Regional Service Manager or submit an email request directly to sitesolution@verifone.com.

This message indicates that the site’s POS controller is not onboarded to the C-Site Management cloud. Enrollment can be handled through a user-friendly webpage here:  https://petromop.verifone.cloud/home.

If problems persist, you can visit the Verifone Support Portal or call 1-800-VERIFONE (837.4366) for help desk assistance. 

This message indicates that your controller has been onboarded but has lost communication with the C-Site Management cloud. Ensure that your POS system is online with the payment processor and visit the Verifone Support Portal or call 1-800-VERIFONE (837.4366) for help desk assistance.
