We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and order administration tasks while combining skills, passion and positive mindset. The Business Operations Manager will report directly to the Global Order Management Director.

What you`ll do:

  • Deliver on overall business operations objectives (KPI, reports and other deliverables)
  • Manage a mixed team of ~ 8 FTEs located in various countries (Germany, Poland, Romania)
  • Translate business strategy into daily deliverables
  • Initiate, coordinate and implement process changes, according to business needs
  • Proactively and consistently work on optimizing business process & communication workflows
  • Identify process gaps, solutions and standardization across countries
  • Plan for personnel coverage during peak periods
  • Serves as a first contact point in relation with customers, external and internal departments (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Resellers etc) to resolve queries and handle escalations
  • Define and implement a communication flow to ensure all team members, as well as key stakeholders understand business performance needs and metrics
  • Demonstrate achievement results and the benefits of process changes (ex: cost savings, increased revenue, SLA improvement etc)
  • Turn complex processes into simple concepts and present to key stakeholders in weekly/monthly meetings
  • Lead testing and automation efforts, as well as new system launches
  • Assist with training, coaching and conduct performance evaluation for team members

What you need to have:

  • Advanced Business English & German are a must
  • 5-10 years experience in leading cross functional teams, ideally with direct reports in multiple countries
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Excellent motivator, a strong “can do” attitude and resilience
  • Excellent leadership skills: initiative, drive, accountability, work ethic
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – senior level  
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs and order management flow
  • Strong understanding of the payment services ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of ERPs and various ticketing tools
  • Proven track record of project deliveries and process improvement with measurable results
  • Solution oriented, able to troubleshoot and provide resolution
  • Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills
