Position Summary

We are looking for a solution-oriented, practically thinking and data-driven Global Product Delivery Manager with a "getting-things-done" attitude to join Verifone‘s product solutions  organization.

The person we want in our team has the ability to run a comprehensive product delivery roadmap from designing a solution and aligning a delivery timeline to market release and rollout. You possess the skills and experience to lead and drive product roadmaps while also serving as a solution expert and guide the organization on the go-to-market launch. Promoting the usage of new technologies is also part of your role - both internally and externally. You will also make sure product performance is on expected level and running smoothly and efficiently.

We expect you to follow the trends of payments and be passionate about delivering top of the class solutions for our business and customers. You will need to be able to document your ideas, solutions and services and present them for different audiences, including top management.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with regional organizations and global operational organizations to plan and coordinate deliverables, new ways of working and communicate with business and other stakeholders. You will also work closely with marketing, legal, sales and engineering organizations to plan roadmaps and enhance our service offering and performance.
  • Coordinate and track progress of launching new products on new markets - continuously look for synergies, efficiencies and standardizations possibilities on all levels.
  • Support the launch of new business models – coordinate with partners, internal and external stakeholders to establish a top of the class “Verifone merchant experience”
  • Track roadmap deliveries according to set targets and push internal and external stakeholders to deliver accordingly.
  • Support country management in planning, introducing and rolling out new products and solutions on their markets by acting as a product specialist - “know the solution”.
  • Working closely with marketing and legal - creating materials, tools and trainings to achieve set goals.


What qualifications will you need to be successful?

Expected knowledge & experience:

  • Payments industry experience specifically focused on merchant services, acquiring services, Point of Sale solutions, eCom and/or integrations.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, experience in the role of product, delivery or project management in the payments/commerce field is a plus.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Technology


  • Energetic, flexible, innovative and focused on delivering optimal product and services solutions to serve our customers.
  • You have a deep understanding of product development processes and ability to handle and deal with technical issues.
  • Strong financial, product and revenue analytic skills.
  • Excellent English writing and communications skills.
  • Strong leadership and social skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment.
