What qualifications do you need to be successful?

Sales support

o Customer support across all customer segments

o Sales support in general

o Planning rollout includes commissioning set up of terminals, monitoring and control shipping, control input of performance.

o Planning replacements due to regulatory or other requirements (e.g. TA 7.2, EoL etc).

o Planning forecasts, monitoring terminal inventory. Query and coordinate forecasts in sales areas, transmit determined values/data to IT OPs Purchasing. Possibly set up new process.

o Drive optimization processes between technical support, BI team and sales.

o Independently identify optimization opportunities.

o Set up and implement process retention (avert terminations or contract extensions) in coordination with sales management.

o Preparation and holding of external and internal trainings

o Coordination of outsourcing to shared service centers

o Support and, if necessary, train web agencies that provide sales support to InterCard

o Preparation of manuals for sales and technical support (external and internal)

o Creation and updating of documentation and process descriptions for sales and technical support

o Development of eCommerce know-how

o Responsible for online wizard in sales and technical support

o Prepare and hold trainings (national and international)

o Coordination of installation of new users and clients

o Assignment and supervision of introduction of new functionalities
