What you’ll do

  • Supports the development and implementation of policies, processes, guidelines, and programs for base pay, incentives, sales compensation and benefits across the Asia Pacific & Europe  region
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and market analyses for client groups to determine compensation and benefits trends and recommendations to support employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs, practices, and policies comply with local laws
  • Support Annual Rewards Cycle process
  • Manage reporting requirements on Gender Pay Gap in countries where this is required
  • Support benefits insurance renewals across the region
  • Support Compensation & Benefits process documentation and improvements in collaboration with People Services
  • Ensure Compensation & Benefits SharePoint and trackers (cost and inventory list) are kept fresh and current
  • May assist in raising benefits POs and invoice payments Global Benefits programs including all benefits processes relating to compliance, audit, regulatory requirements, enrollment, tools and vendor management.
  • Perform other related duties as required

What qualifications will you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field
  • Solid experience in creating, developing, and supporting global compensation programs
  • Prior experience implementing and maintaining automated compensation tools
  • Advance knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures, and techniques (ideally Radford)
  • Background in implementing/maintaining function or role-based competency structures is highly desired
  • Advance knowledge of employee benefit plan policies, practices and applicable laws in the region such as DC and DB retirement plans
  • Competency in managing vendors to optimal productivity and performance
  • Experience in insurance pooling and global risk underwriting
  • Experience with administrative duties as they relate to global benefits plans, including pension/retirement, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, EAP, LOA and various other programs.
  • Ability to devise, design, and implement customized compensation surveys
  • Excellent Excel skills is required
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional regional languages is an advantage
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a regional scope
  • Solid analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be adept in applying the 'art' of compensation from the survey level to the program/philosophy level
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
