Help Desk Support
The Help Desk is the first line of support for your payment systems business. VeriFone Client Services operates a technical support call center that accepts over 750,000 calls per year from a wide variety of customers including merchants, store managers, technicians and cashiers.
VeriFone's Priority Exchange Plan is designed for customers who require equipment replacement the next business day to avoid losing revenue from card processing downtime. This service is offered to customers in addition to our Buyer Protection Plan.
Once a series of troubleshooting steps verifies that a piece of equipment is defective, Client Services immediately replaces the defective equipment with a like-new, re-manufactured model. A replacement exchange is shipped directly to the merchant location overnight, and the merchant arranges a download from their processor, bank or ISO. The damaged terminal is shipped back to the manufacturer by VeriFone through a third-party shipper. Our Priority Exchange Plans are available for up to five years.
VeriFone guarantees that all products are free from defects and meet our rigorous standards for reliability and performance for trouble-free service. VeriFone-branded products include a minimum 13-month manufacturer's warranty from the date the product is initially shipped from VeriFone's facility.
If products under warranty are found to be defective, VeriFone will either repair or replace the product at no cost to customers. Our standard warranty is limited to ordinary defects and covers all standard repairs. VeriFone provides out-of-box failure replacements for up to 90 days, which ensures that you quickly get a working product.
VeriFone Repair Services can be your one-stop source for the repair of payment systems that are under warranty or out-of-warranty. We also handle refurbishment and specialized adaptation (re-work or enhancement) of equipment.
Hosting & Managed Services
VeriFone provides hosting and managed services for our customers' merchants, including downloading multiple software applications or application updates.
