Offering versatile performance in a sleek, programmable PIN pad, the PCI PED and EMV approved SC 5000 is a lightweight, ergonomic device for numerous PIN-based transactions, as well as EMV smart card, loyalty and stored value transactions.
Currently Available in: North America, Latin America & Caribbean and EMEA.
Its user-friendly design includes large keys that minimize user input errors, and an easy-to-read display capable of handling graphical images such as merchant logos and various character sets. Designed to integrate easily with POS systems, the SC 5000 can easily be utilized by merchants in card-not-present environments or handed over to customers.

The PCI PED standard applies to companies that make devices that accept PIN entry. Certified PED (PIN Entry Device) laboratories validate adherence to the PED standard, which has requirements for device characteristics and management.
