Ruby Tutor - Cashier

Audience: Store Managers and Cashiers. Ideal for Ruby-only and Ruby/Sapphire locations.

This computer-based training program introduces and trains store employees on all the cashier functions of the Ruby SuperSystem. Fourteen lessons cover all the essentials-from ringing up sales to approving a dispenser for fueling. The Ruby keyboard is duplicated on screen and is interactive. Cashiers easily get acquainted with the look, layout, and operation of the Ruby without interrupting store operations.

Ruby Tutor - Manager

Audience: Store and Regional Managers. Ideal for Ruby-only locations.

This is an ideal training tool for Store Managers. The self-paced training can quickly familiarize Managers with the Ruby's management modes, features, and functionality. This tutorial guides the user through every file. The Ruby's keyboard and operator display are duplicated on the screen so the user can associate the look and layout of a Ruby when learning the manager functions.

SMS Tutor - Online Training Series

Audience: Store and Regional Managers. Ideal for Sapphire locations.

Over 100 lessons that discuss specific files, parameters, and values in the Sapphire Management Suite. This online program includes Fast Facts, short lessons that discuss in detail the features and functionality in the software, and Quick Demos, short lessons that demonstrate how to program and configure specific files, features, and functionality.

Classroom Training

Audience: Store and Regional Managers. Ideal for Ruby, Sapphire, and Topaz locations.

For face-to-face training, VeriFone has several Accredited Training Facilities throughout the United States. These facilities will work with you and your staff to coordinate a classroom training program specific to your business requirements.
