JCharge
JCharge is a PABP (Payment Applications Best Practices) validated and IBM ServerProven payment transaction processing solution designed specifically for IBM System i or iSeries (AS/400 credit card) systems. JCharge processes real-time credit card, debit card, gift card, and check transactions at the best discount rate.
VeriFone provides technical assistance through our Advanced Product Support Group for all IBM System i or iSeries AS/400 legacy applications. Annual Support and Upgrade Service (ASUS)—ongoing support—is available on an annual contract basis. ASUS is typically quoted at the time of sale and renews annually.

Weeknights, Weekend, & Holiday - For after-hours support of an urgent issue, leave a detailed description of your issue and indicate the level of urgency. Always include your direct return phone number or after-hours access method in your message. There is no time limit on the length of your message. A member of APSG will be paged immediately upon message completion. We strive for callbacks within 30 minutes.
To make certain that all information is transmitted securely, we request that all documents sent via e-mail be zipped and password protected. This includes but—is not limited to—source code, trace logs, program dump, or any configuration information. Please do not include the password in your e-mail message; you may call APSG to disclose the password.
