Customers enjoy the easy-to-use touch screen ordering system that gets them out of the food line and shopping for additional items while their food is being prepared.
iOrder
Customers will enjoy the easy-to-use touch screen order entry menus that can prominently display your store’s image and all of your food service options enhanced with inviting colorful graphics, a list of current in store specials and even up-sell suggestions for complementary items. The iOrder solution is completely integrated with your VeriFone POS system and provides several options to easily bring an order into a transaction at the point-of-sale (including scanning). You can choose to track only priced items or down to the item detail level (lettuce, tomato, and other zero priced items). All tracked items exist in the store’s price book and all sales feed into the existing reports and reporting structure available with your existing back office system.
MX960
iOrder utilizes the MX960 workstation, a sleek and rugged, contoured platform that is ideal for today’s harsh convenience and specialty retail operation. The MX960 is designed to provide years of reliable service that a fast-paced, high traffic environment demands. It features industrial-grade components for faster touch-enabled response times and delivers a longer ife expectancy than is typical for commercial grade PCs. Its thin film transistor LCD display features backlighting for improved visibility even in bright sunlight.

iOrder Printer
VeriFone's iOrder solution requires two 80mm thermal receipt printers – one to accurately communicate each order to the kitchen staff and another for the customer. When customers are ready to checkout, they simply bring their printer receipt to the front register where a barcode is quickly scanned enabling a fast and expedited checkout process.
Kiosk Management Suite (KMS)
Kiosk Management Suite (KMS) is a web-based software application that provides sites an efficient way to manage kiosk administrative functions and configure and edit kiosk menu screens using easy to use templates.
