Ruby Card - is a memory card inserted into the Ruby that allows you the flexibility of installing additional functionality at any time. There are a variety of Ruby Card options to allow you to add functionality for peripherals such as money order machines, proprietary fleet terminals, car wash machines, or fast food systems.
The POP Fuel Discount - allows you to reward customers with discounts on fuel when they make a qualifying purchase. This makes it easy for you to reward your customers for behaviors that benefit you. Mix and Match - functionality offers a discount when specified items are purchased. The cashier does not need to recognize the items, since your POS workstation keeps track. This can be used with a barcoded keytag card, or to give your special shoppers the “sale of the week.”
The Ruby SuperSystem’s Combo - features works much like Mix and Match in that it is a special price for a combination of items, but it is assigned a specific key on the keyboard and must be recognized by a cashier at time of purchase. For example you could run an “Early Bird” special for purchasing a newspaper and a large cup of coffee. The cashier would have to recognize the special and press the Early Bird key to give the customer the special price.
