In addition, it prevents all forms of malware application downloads, thereby protecting merchants from the ever-present risk of malware-related attacks.
Protection From Application Tampering
VeriFone's HyperSafe® AppLock system offers protection from the threat of application tampering – which could result in the fraudulent release of a customer's sensitive card data. It utilizes a flexible x509 standard public key infrastructure to sign the payment application. The result is an application which is encrypted and accessible only by the acquirer servicing the merchant.

The HyperSafe® Remote Key System is a payment industry standards-based remote key injection solution that allows businesses to quickly and securely initiate on-site, in-store payment device key injection. The system offers a fast and highly secure alternative to the industry's traditional secure room key injection process. The key is never in the clear and therefore cannot be compromised.
Secure Key Injection For Optimum Devices
The HyperSafe Key Loading and Management PIN pad loader system is a protected key management system designed to build secure keys and safely inject them into VeriFone devices and PIN pads. This system will normally be used at a bank or processor deployment center and be situated in a secure environment. The software application is designed to run in Microsoft Windows environments.
