As such, VeriFone guarantees that all of our products are free from defects and will meet our rigorous standards for reliability and performance for years of trouble-free service. VeriFone-branded products all come with a minimum 13-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date the product is initially shipped from VeriFone’s facility.
If products under warranty are found to be defective, VeriFone will either repair or replace the affected product at no cost to our customers. Our standard warranty is limited to ordinary defects and covers all standard repairs. Please refer to the reverse side of this brochure for a detailed list of our standard warranty terms. In addition, VeriFone provides out-of-box failure replacements for up to 90 days, which ensures that you get a working product in your hands immediately.
Many of our customers also choose to augment our standard warranty with VeriFone’s Buyer Protection Service. This supplemental program covers out-of-scope repairs including product abuse, negligence, accidental liquid spillage, acts of nature or damage during transit to and from our repair facility.
