Once a series of troubleshooting steps had verified that the unit is defective, client services immediately replaces the defective equipment with a like-new, re-manufactured model. A replacement exchange is shipped directly to the merchant location overnight, after which the merchant arranges a download from their processor, bank or ISO. The damaged terminal is shipped back to the manufacturer by VeriFone through a third party shipper. Our Priority Exchange Plans are available for up to five years.
For complex environments, Client services provides on-site service in combination with Priority Exchange. In the event of a mission-critical malfunction or a weekend outage, an on-site service technician can be dispatched to restore system operation within hours.
