VeriFone performs nationwide on-site installation and large scale rollouts supporting both VeriFone and non-VeriFone equipment. VeriFone On-Site Services offer expert assistance and support in the on-site installation of single- and multi-lane retail environments.

A network of local and regional service companies across the U.S. specializes in on-site installation projects, which can range from a few hundred very sophisticated installations to large-scale rollouts in tens of thousands of locations. Client Services manages major rollouts for large retail chains, state-sponsored programs, and electronic benefits programs. We work with you to install the right combination of VeriFone and non-VeriFone products to meet your needs.

The installation process begins with a detailed scope-of-work review to define your installation and training requirements, site environment, geography, project timeline, and reporting requirements. Based on your system's unique requirements, we'll assign the right specialists and installation technicians to get the job done.

Client Services can also assist you with wiring and cabling, installing of mounting stands, interfacing your new equipment to existing in-store systems, and upgrading your in-store payment systems. Finally, we can tailor customized on-site maintenance programs to meet your on-going needs.

On-site installation services include site surveys, asset recording and site preparation, which generally includes electrical upgrades, cabling, software upgrades, equipment mounting and equipment commissioning.

Along with POS and associated equipment commissioning, VeriFone provides on-site or remote training capabilities to ensure seamless "Day One" operations. We offer personalized teletraining on all VeriFone point-of-sale products, ensuring that end-users get the most from VeriFone equipment. Teletraining from Client Services is a cost-effective and practical method of training employees. We even offer multi-lingual call services.
