Every unit returned to Client Services for repair undergoes a comprehensive diagnostic process to isolate defective or weak components. VeriFone-trained technicians follow precise procedures to repair equipment, and use genuine VeriFone components. Each piece of equipment is re-manufactured to like-new condition and carries a full one-year warranty. Our standard service includes not only replacing the failed component but also cleaning all other components, replacing worn components, installing all Engineering Change Orders ("ECOs") and testing equipment to ensure that it is operating according to specifications.
