Help Desk Support

The HelpDesk is the first line of support for your payment-systems business. VeriFone Client Services operates a technical support call center that accepts over 750,000 calls per year from a wide variety of customers, including merchants, store managers, technicians and cashiers.

Buyer Protection Plan

VeriFone's Buyer Protection Plan is a unique program in the POS payment industry that provides coverage for all repairs of VeriFone equipment irrespective of the cause of damage.

Equipment Deployment

From single units to large-scale rollouts, we make deployment simple by providing complete project management oversight and tracking of its deployment activities until the shipment reaches the customer.

Installation & Training

VeriFone performs nationwide on-site installation and large scale rollouts supporting both VeriFone and non-VeriFone equipment. VeriFone On-Site Services offer expert assistance and support in the on-site installation of single- and multi-lane retail environments.

Priority Exchange

VeriFone’s Priority Exchange Plan is designed for customers that require equipment replacement the next business day to avoid losing revenue from card processing downtime. This service is offered to customers in addition to our Buyer Protection Plan.

Turn Key Merchant Management

Through the Remote Services Group within VeriFone’s Client Services organization, VeriFone offers project-related services to assist merchants with start-up requirements for new installations or conversions of existing terminals to a new POS payment platform.

VeriCentre Hosting Services

As part of VeriFone's application support offering, Client Services provides hosting services for its customers' merchants, including downloading multiple software applications or application updates.
