Please have your company name and PCCharge serial number ready when you call. To locate your serial number, open PCCharge, click the word Help, and then click the word About.
Our Technical Support email address is support@pccharge.com. Our Technical Support email box is checked three times a day during weekends and holidays. During weekend business hours (9am-5pm), there is usually a four-hour email response time.

 Security Certifications
The PCI Security Standards Council is transferring payment applications validated according to PABP version 1.4 to the List of PA-DSS Validated Applications for 24 months, before a PA-DSS review will be required.
This product's PABP 1.4 certification is valid until Dec 2, 1010.
