Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Should lead a team be a self motivator. Understand Requirements.
• Generating High level & Low level Design document.
• Development functions.
• Defect tracking DB management.
• Configuration management.
• Mentoring of Junior Team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 7.5 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience working on Windows Platform - 2000/XP/2003.
• Hands on exposure C,C++(MFC/STL/ATL/COM),VB Strong Database skills in SQL Server / Oracle.
• Experience of generating Requirement Specifications, Design Documents.
• Should have experience in developing applications in the areas of TCP/IP - Sockets etc.
• Understanding of Multithreading applications, real time servers.
• Should have Application development experience in Windows Services.
• Positive attitude towards learning new systems & Technology.
