Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Define software engineering process & metrics that are in alignment with organization.
• Audit projects for process compliance.
• Take pro-active steps to ensure project leads/managers implement process as intended by the organization.
• Train engineers on software process.
• Co-ordinate project post-mortem.
• Prepare project performance charts and Measure, Analyze and Present Project Performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
• Formal training in SEI-CMM.
• Exposure to CMM process environment.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
• Ability to work with both junior and senior members of the organization; co-ordinate process initiative with relevant stake holders and ability to work independently.
