The Senior Application Consultant is responsible for delivering Verifone solution implementation service to customer according to the requirements between both sides.

Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Analyzes customers' business requirements and application objectives develops an application design in products to meet customers' needs.
  • Estimates time frames quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project, develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
  • Identify appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan. Cost Control.
  • Conducts periodic status checkpoints with customers and team to assess progress against plan. Performs reforecast of project variables as necessary throughout project.
  • Prepares weekly status reports on all project activities.
  • Serves as senior-level pre-sales support and post-sales technical support specialist when needed.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and company.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/Economics Management/Accounting or computer science. Advanced degree desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as function consultant (ERP,SCM,POS).
  • Familiar with Retail Industry, Fashion experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills; Team work.
  • Able to work in fast environment and under press; business travel required.
  • Fluent English Communication skill is a must.
