Responsible for the General Accounting matters, including timely, accurate and well-controlled processing of financial transactions in General Ledge, Internal and External Audit or Consolidation and Financial Reporting.

Analyzing potential impact of current and proposed financial plans. Work closely with Financial Controller and Business Unit GMs to develop strategic/financial plans, conduct analyses of the business' performance and participate in a wide variety of finance related projects.

Job Requirements

• 5+ year IT (software preferred) experiences in MNC (US based company preferred).
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent. · Familiar with US GAAP, revenue recognition rules and SOX.
• Familiar with PRC GAAP and tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience in FP&A.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Good communication/presentation skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion/Business Object.
• Competency in application software (MS Word/Excel/PPT).
• High level of integrity.
